 Moisture Sensor
The ALMEMOŽ FH-A696-MF - Humidity sensor is made for quick measurements of the humidity
in mineral building materials, wood, paper and card boards. Measuring preparations are not
necessary. The moisture sensor is simply connected to the instrument and can be used
immediately. Easy to use, simply touch the material and read the humidity on the display.
The moisture is measured indirectly by determing the dielectric constant. A capacitive
measurement is made over a high frequency, electrical field, which passes through the
material without damaging it. The depth of penetration of the measuring field into the
material is approximately 25 mm, covering the humidity in low lying layers as well. With
the parameters, programmed with the ALMEMOŽ instrument, the moisture-value will be
calculated and displayed.
