Dew point transmitter for measurements without ice formation

M8716dt1.GIF (1871 bytes)

Dew point transmitter with a 20mA current loop temperature output, cover of sintered metal for sensor protection, body of probe and housing with integrated electronics sealed against each other so that only the sensor with the cooling element is exposed to the measuring medium.
Integrated sensor chip acc. to the CCC-dew-point principle after Heinze, mounted on an miniature cooling element. A regulating circuit after the sensor unit regulates the operation current of the cooling element so that it is adjusted to a defined state of condensation. The corresponding dew point temperature is directly measured by the sensor and is output in an evaluable form.
Dew point transmitter with intergrated sensor chip acc. to the CCC* dew point principle for dew point measurements within a range of –10 °C to +70 °C (no formation of ice).
